How do I apply my Kind Patches?
Most of our patches feature a heat-activated adhesive backing. Simply place the patch on your garment, cover with a thin cloth, and press with a hot iron for 30 seconds. For items that will be washed frequently, we recommend adding a few stitches for extra security.
What materials can I apply the patches to?
Our iron-on patches work best on cotton and polyester fabrics. We do not recommend heat application for silk, lace, leather, or synthetic materials like nylon; for these fabrics, sewing the patch on is the best method.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused patches in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are your patches machine washable?
Yes! Once applied, your patched garments can be machine washed. We recommend turning the garment inside out and using a cold, gentle cycle. Air drying is preferred to maintain the integrity of the adhesive.
Do you offer custom designs for bulk orders?
Absolutely. We offer custom manufacturing for orders over 50 units. Please contact our support team with your design file and quantity requirements for a personalized quote.
